Daily Conditioning Regimen

This conditioning regimen should be done every single day.  Set a time each day and plan on doing it at that same time to make it habitual.  Morning before school, as soon as you get home from school, or right before bed.  You pick.  The following conditioning regimen should only take 15 minutes out of your day.  Totally doable and doesn't require any extra equipment.


Cherry Pickers 
three sets of 20 up - 20 down - 20 clap ups

Knee highs - 60 seconds

Butt kicks - 60 seconds

Lunges with hands in an "H" over head - 25 reps each leg

Ballet pulse squats - 60 seconds

Elbow plank - 60 seconds

Toe touch situps - 3 sets of 10

Toe tap leg lifts
15 reps per leg

Lib leg lifts (one foot)  - 20 reps per leg

Cupie leg lifts (two feet) - 25 reps

Jump rope right foot - 30 seconds
Jump rope left foot - 30 seconds
Jump rope both feet - 2 minutes

Abs
airplane - 10 seconds
cheerio - 10 seconds
muscle - 10 seconds
genie - 10 seconds
airplane - 10 seconds
pulse - 10 seconds

Straddle leg lifts
10 reps on right leg
10 reps on left leg
10 reps both legs at same time
