Welcome to competition season! We have added a practice for this Friday from 4 to 7:00. Please bring $5 to help pay for pizza. Wear what you would have worn to practice on Monday the 20th.

Continue the work we did at practice today and clean your part from the beginning dance portion. Rachel, learn your new part and Hannah learn the cheer.
Flyers... Work on your arm motions in the mirror. I know you feel silly, but practice your facial expressions as your practice your motions.
Everyone... Clean cheer, ending dance, beginning dance in front of a mirror or have a friend or family member record you. Watching yourself and comparing your motions to those around you is going to help you see what parts you need to work on and what motions you need to tighten up.
Let's come to practice prepared and ready to plow through the whole routine on Friday. Everything needs to be perfect and competition ready by Monday, January 27. Put in the time on your own to ready yourself so we are more prepared as a team. Don't forget conditioning!
