Conditioning!!!

Do the following exercises every day during break! Be committed and self-motivated to be your personal best for yourself and for the team.

Cherry Pickers
3 sets (30, 20, 10)

Plank
3 sets (hold for 60 seconds each)

Stationary knee-highs
(2 minutes)

Stationary butt kicks
(3 minutes)

Lunged
(25 on each leg)

Squats
(25 reps)

Pulsed squats
(2 minutes)

Toe touch sit-ups.
(3 sets, 10 reps each)

Jump rope
(5 minutes)

If you have forgotten what any of these exercises are, ask a teammate or me. Remember to practice choreography!  Do it in front of a mirror or have someone video you! Have a great break!
