There is a basketball game that was not on my initial game schedule.  Please take note of the recently added basketball game in the righthand column for this Tuesday, October 30th.  The game schedule for November is also now listed.

Team picture retakes are this Wednesday morning.  You will be wearing:

- FMS Uniform (our brand new one)

- White Bodies

- Zebra Bow

- Hair the same as our first photo shoot.  Be sure your elastic is placed high enough that your bow is  visible from the front.  If you look in the mirror and cannot EASILY see your bow, it is not high enough.

- Makeup the same as our first photo shoot.  Don't forget your red lipstick and blush!

Spirit week is this week, so please participate in that!  Remember we will be handing out prizes for spirited super fans at the game on Wednesday, so spread the word throughout the student body.  We will also need the signs made and hung prior to the game Wednesday.  One for students, another for parents, and another for visitors.

Don't forget choreography day on Monday, November 5th!  It is mandatory and we will be working hard!  So take it easy over the weekend so you come prepared to put forth a full effort.

Also, your cheerleader will be coming home this week with a competition shirt order form.  If you would like to order a shirt or sweatshirt to wear to competitions this spring, please return the order form with your sizes, quantity, and money.  T-shirts will be $6 and zip-up hoodies will be $18.  Checks should be made out to Franklin Middle School. I promise they will be CUTE and will be something you won't mind wearing more than once.

If you didn't already hear, the cheerleaders were in the Sunday paper today along with a BIG THANKS to Barbara and Dave Doerr for including us in the Running with the Big Dogs event.  You all did such a great job and I heard quite a few positive comments throughout the participants.
