Parent Meeting Review... New Team

It was so nice meeting all of you today!  Thank you so much for making time in your busy schedules to come to our parent meeting today.  Here are some key points that were discussed today.

Read over the rules, sign, and return only the signature portion to me at practice tomorrow.

CHEER PRACTICE DAYS AND TIMES

7:00AM - 8:00AM Tuesdays and Thursdays for the remainder of the school year.

8:00AM - 9:00AM Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer, outside on the track.

6:30AM - 8:00AM once the 2012-2013 school year begins.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

Your first payment of $200 is due by May 15.  If you would like to pay sooner, you certainly can! And if you would like to pay the full $450 in a single payment, that is great.  If you can't pay it all at once, that's okay, too!  Just be sure to set up an organized payment plan with Mrs. Butler in the main office to help keep you on track.  All checks should be made out to Franklin Middle School.  If you would like a summary of all expenses regarding cheer gear, please refer to to the itemized gear sheet in your student's cheer folder.

IF ANY PARENTS WOULD LIKE TO ORGANIZE SOME SUMMER FUNDRAISING EFFORTS, SUCH AS YARD SALES OR CAR WASHES, I'D LOVE IT!  LET ME KNOW IF YOU'RE INTERESTED IN TAKING THAT OVER AND I'LL ADD THOSE EVENTS TO OUR SUMMER CALENDAR.
