Spray Tan

Some of the girls had expressed a desire to spray tan prior to 5th District.  A big thank to the Idaho Skin Institute for offering a special rate of $15 per girl.  Be sure to bring $15 to your appointment. I need to know ASAP which slot you would like to sign up for.  Here is what is available:

[FULL] Thursday at 4:00 (8 girls) = 1. Chandler  2. Brooke 3. Katie  4. Emily  5. Jessica  6. Jill  
Friday at 4:00 (5 girls) = 1. Lacey  2. Andee  3. Taylor  4. Nicole  5. Aly

Nine girls will need to be sprayed on Thursday at 4:00.  Those who spray tan on Wednesday and Friday will cover the game while the remaining team members attend their appointment on Thursday. 

CARING FOR YOUR SPRAY TAN

Prior to your spray tan, be sure to shave and exfoliate thoroughly.  To maintain your tan, the key is to keep your skin hydrated.  You can even use a self-tanner lotion, like Jergens, to extend the life of your tan.  Do not go swimming or take baths. You will lose the color.  Do not shower until twelve hours have passed since you were sprayed.
